The PIVOT Blueprint is a live, guided educational experience designed to support women navigating career transition, reinvention, or alignment. The program includes live sessions, digital materials, community access, and related resources.
This program is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment & Access
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.
Pricing, including any founding cohort or promotional rates, is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Access details will be provided via email prior to the program start.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and live nature of this program:
All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided once access is granted.
If the program is canceled by the host, participants will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made.
5. Program Schedule & Changes
The PIVOT Blueprint series is scheduled to begin the week of January 12.
A welcome and onboarding communication will be sent the week of January 5.
Dates, times, or session formats may change if necessary. Participants will be notified of any updates in advance.
6. Recordings & Access
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to registered participants.
Access to recordings is provided for personal use only and may be time-limited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within The PIVOT Blueprint—including but not limited to videos, frameworks, worksheets, exercises, recordings, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Lakecia Gunter.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials
Record live sessions without permission
Use the content for commercial purposes
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Community Guidelines
Participants agree to engage respectfully within the community space.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Savvy Success Circle and Lakecia Gunter reserve the right to remove any participant from the program or community for violations of these guidelines, without refund.
9. No Guarantees
While this program is designed to provide clarity, tools, and strategic support:
No specific outcomes, career results, income changes, or guarantees are promised.
Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and application.
10. Disclaimer
The PIVOT Blueprint does not provide:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Medical or mental health counseling
Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Savvy Success Circle and Lakecia Gunter are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the program.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
